You must be a member in good standing with CKCA to be eligible.  If you are not a member, please complete a membership application form.

  1. Wait for confirmation that you have been accepted as a member.
  2. Complete the Testing and Certification Program Registration Form.
  3. Complete the Product Description Form.
  4. Send to CKCA with the appropriate fees.
  5. Upon receipt of the application form, program fees and verification of membership you will be enrolled in the program and provided with the Test Sample Checklist.
  6. If your cabinets pass the testing and are in compliance with the standard, CKCA will offer you a certificate of compliance, the CKCA Certification Seal (logo) for application to your website and marketing materials, and you will receive your CKCA Certified stickers samplers to add to your product as well as additional support material. You will be required to purchase additional stickers on an on-going basis.
  7. Your Company will be added to our website under the certified companies section and the consumer section.  You will be added to the directory of CKCA Certified Manufacturers.
  8. Note:  An annual fee will be required to maintain certification, along with completion of the Product Description Form that identifies any reportable changes. CKCA membership renewal is also required.
  9. Every 5 years you are required to re-certify.
